ONE BRAND FOR DESIGNERS AND DESIGNERS FOR ONE BRAND

 

Several very high-end manufacturers of French jewellers all entitled Label Joaillerie de France, decided to participate in the first adventure of a French Collective Brand.

Joaillerie de France is the first contemporary Collective Brand which expresses and federates the fundamental values of the French Jewellery.
Joaillerie de France shows the master, the perpetuation of the traditional know-how, the opening to contemporary trends and the respect for moral and environmental values.
 

They share the same values: Authenticity, Quality, Creativity, Heritage and Boldness.
These brands represent six centuries of history and knowledge and almost 200 persons living for the “art of jewellery”.

 

Their names:

  • Bermudes A skill for magnificence perfection and materials
  • Mathon Paris An emotional and high coloured Jewellery
  • Umane Between minimalism and absolute femininity
  • Vangelder A spirit of Jewellery Architecture

THE HISTORY: FROM A LABEL TO BRAND

The French Jewellery Manufacturers Association BJOP supported by the Ministry of Industry, decided to create a specific highest jewellery making Label Joaillerie de France.

The Label proves the Made in France of the setting and the polishing and is faithful with the French Jewellery Art Rules. To be a member of  Joaillerie de France means being commited to respect and to promote a sustainable development, moral, the human rights, the social regulations as well as environmental practices in a transparent and in a responsible way.

Joaillerie de France through BJOP is a member of the “Responsible Jewellery Council” a non-profit international organization which includes more than 230 companies.
 

 

THE HALLMARK

The Essence of the Brand is the Excellence of the know-how and this Essence is guaranteed by the stamp «Jewellery of France».This is a clear, unique signature guarantee of origin and ethical manufacturing conditions and respect of the rules «Les Règles de l’Art».
Its combines the title hallmark (gold or platinum) and the master’s hallmark (jeweller signature) within a new stamps which represents France.
This is to Paris Jewellers Aristocracy what Geneva Hallmark is to watchmakers in Geneva.
